I take One a Day Vita Craves with Omega 3 gummies. I was told to take double the dosage so I take 4 a day and I take a B 50 complex vitamin from GNC once a day. I just had my post op blood work done and all my levels have shown to be very good.

I have been up a pound and down two pounds for the last two months. I don't know what to do to make the scale go down and continue going down. I hardly eat anything and it should be coming off quickly. I do carry a lot of Water but this is getting very frustrating. I just had another fill last week. The doctor actually said that it seemed to already be tight but he would fill it and we could remove it if we needed to. I can barely eat anything and even liquids are hard. You can hear that gurggling sound every time I swallow. The scale still hasn't showed a weight loss since last week. I want to lose 30 lbs by Christmas but I'm not sure if I am going to be able to get there. I need some encouraging words to move ahead. Any suggestions? I really feel overwhelmed because I cannot eat and feel comfortable and I am exercising and trying really hard. :crying:

Yes, I had a hiatal hernia repair. I also thought it was from that and then I started worrying if I had something wrong with my lung because it would hurt when I breathed in. But it is not all of the time. Thanks for all of the info. I will have my doctor check it further. He did say there may be some scar tissue causing that feeling. I guess I will have to make him check further. I sure hope it doesn't get worse. It is not a pleasant feeling.

Thanks for letting me know greyhoundmom. That is exactly how I feel. When I eat or drink something the pain gets worse and it seems like when I breathe in is when it really acts up. I will have to get that checked to see if it could be a rib. I would have never thought of that because it feels like the same pain the day I had the surgery when they told me it was gas.

I had surgery Nov. 29, 2007 and I still get shoulder pain. I mentioned it to my doctor again the other day because it seems like when I eat this is what tells me I had too much to eat. He seems to think there may be some scar tissue from the surgery. He hasn't really had anyone complain 7 mos. out that they are still having pain in their shoulder. The pain is just as severe as it was the day I had the surgery. Does anyone else have this problem?
