I've been a bad girl! Ok. not really, just having some difficulty losing the weight. Currently I am not at a proper fill level......and cannot afford a fill (whole other story) so I'm gonna have to go at this from a different angle till I'm back on my feet. Before I was banded, low carb & walking combined seemed to be the only way to shed the pounds. So I'm back to give it another go. I just started this past Monday, and would love to have the support and encouragement of others who are starting a low carb lifestyle as well. Any tips, recipes, suggestions or comments are very much appreciated. Anyone interested in doing weekly checkins on our progress??? If so let me know.
