I have had issues with either highly restrictive eating  or uncontrolled eating, most of my life.  Now , after 3 years of uncontrolled binge eating I am 115 lbs over weight.  I  decided to take action and had a  gastric sleeve 10/21/21. I am on here looking for support to reach my goals.
