Sounds good. You got to take it one day at a time. Everyone has different results. As long as your making an effort that's all that matters. Once you find that one motivating factor, your set. My motivator was Vegas! lol
Every time I saw bad food I was tempted to eat, I said, "VEGAS!" even my friends started doing it for me. It really helped motivate me to go to the gym and drop a good amount of weight. Anyway, don't trip. It will come with time.
