Hey there, Steph here, wondering if there are any ladies out there looking to swap or get rid of clothes that they no longer fit in. I just got rid of all of my larger clothes to my sister-in-law, and am in need of clothes that actually fit. Until I reach goal, I don't feel investing in a new wardrobe would be financially beneficial. Sorry, that's all a no. No carbonation at all, otherwise you will stretch your pouch. Slurpees have carbonation too. I recently found out Arbor Mist has carbonation...sad...

HELLO ALL! Thanks so much for your help. I believe I have discovered the culprit! My Meds! That last sip of the smoothie I was talking about, I forgot I took my nightly meds with it. This has happened once before, just not so bad, and it was when my meds got stuck. I didn't take them last night, to let myself heal, I still have a bit of tightness from swelling I assume, but I can drink without discomfort now, and even a few bites of solids here and there. I expect to be back to normal by friday or so, if things keep improving. Thank you all for helping me! <3 Steph!

I spoke to the PA, and she said if it's causing enough discomfort where I am thinking about it through the day, I should come in for an unfill. I am just hoping it's swelling so I don't have to get an unfill. I JUST got a fill!

Can anyone help? Has this happened to you? if so what did you do? Had a fill on the 10th, I'm at 4 cc's now, and food, portions and weightloss was going great. Last night I had a Fruity Supreme Protein smoothy from Emerald City Smoothy, and the last sip of it, triggered the worst heartburn attack I have ever had. I've only had heartburn once before, but this was very uncomfortable, and sort of painful! Today, I can't keep food down, and my stomach and/or esophogus is very tender. It feels like even liquid is having a hard time getting through. Is this just swelling and will it go away? I don't want an unfill, but will get one if necessary. Any feedback will be helpful, thanks! Steph
