I have not been to good at the exercising bit. I would pretty much just get on a kick of doing cardio for about an hour 4 days a week for a month and then lay off for 2 or 3 months. I have no motivation! and I won't step into a Gym, only Skinny already in shape people go to the gym... well at least the ones in my neck of the woods. I would love to be more involved in a gym but I just haven't been
