I woman VP...yes! That woman as VP? NO!!! just for the fact that she rides an ATV with a child and neither of them is wearing a helmet. want to kill yourself riding an ATV without a helmet...your business, take your child and stick them on a dangerous vehicle (and for those of you who say ATVs are only a dangerous at those driving them make them you need to look at the stats) and you are an idiot and an irresponsible parent. oh yes...lets not forget hunting without NRA approved orange vests! this is on the front page of my morning paper! what kind of example is that supposed to set for our children?

its very sad that some people, even given this powerful tool, cant move forward. it also sucks that she (21 bars) has to be so vocal. why should we have to hear about her psych issues.

I am down 11lbs since July 9th banding. i can only seem to take in about 300-400cal a day without getting "choked up". no vomiting...yet, but i am being very strict on the puree diet i have to be on for the next month. how much fluid did they give you during surgery? each L of NS weights about 2.2lbs. if you had a long surgery you may have gotten up to 3 or 4 L depending on your size and lab results.

Let me just say (as a married man) that there is NO EXCUSE!!!! for what he did to you. it sucks even more that he would do this while you are so vulnerable. as my wife will attest after her first broken marriage, "once you know you can cross the line it is much easier the second time" . hay..that rhymes! if he was willing to break your trust the first time he is more likely to do it again. as a coping tool you might look into meditation. it has helped me through some very tough times. i hope you keep your chin up and remember this was HIS screw up, not yours. it is very common to feel insecure, unloved and unattractive after this kind of violation of trust. don't let his poor representation of manhood ruin your successes!

Just FYI, your liver is in the right upper quadrant af your abdomen. only a small edge of you liver extends past the boarder of your lowest right rib. you should not be able to feel your liver either as visceral or direct pain. if you are having pin on the left side it is most likely that your port is over there and you are feeling the placement of that. the most cutting and stitching gets done at the port insertion site. hope this helps

The pain she was feeling on the first day was most likely "referred" from the C02 that they use to blow up you abdomen. i don't know why the never tell anyone about it. the left shoulder and left scapula are the most common places that people complain about after laproscopic procedures. it should go away in the first 48 hours. i am still having epigastric pain where the band is along with cramping. i didn't prepare well enough and underestimated my lactose intolerance. i will have to make a special trip to get something lactose free with lots of protein.

I used Milk o Mag for the first two days and had a bowel movement on the second day. it tastes terrible but it is worth it. your body is adjusting to the now rate that things are being put in and coming out the other end. your GI is still waiting for the big bolus you normally give it and does not know what to do quite yet. watch for blood in your stool of course but recognize that you have made a dramatic change and you and your GI will need some time to adjust.
