    Hi everyone! Bear with me, I'm new... I'm Tracy, I'm 26. Just started looking into the process, then jumped right on-board. I've got three months of supervised diet as per my insurance company, and I'm looking at an early October surgery date... as long as I can lose the 5% my doctor requires! I'm really really struggling with finding some protein-rich foods, that are low on carbs, to get that weight off.... any suggestions?
