Hi Skinny!
Just an update on my progress.
My PP said "yes"
I didn't think he'd go along with the surgery - he's an OD.
He knows the surgeon I selected very well and promised to send him a good recommendation
(maybe they should just meet for calamari and Chianti and "seal the deal")
I see you had a fill.
Does that hurt?
I'm terrified of needles (unless they have hooks and yarn)

Three weeks after my lap band surgery I fell forward down 4 concrete steps and broke 2 bones - the ankle and up on the side of the calf. I am now walking without a boot or crutches and with a slight limp. Getting ready to start back with exercise and walking slowly.

Hi,
I was so glad to hear someone else had the same experience with the "heart attack" like pain that I did. I thought I was going crazy.I'm going to ask the doctor about it when I see him Aug 7. I was banded 7/11 and lost ten lbs in twelve days. Except for that one time I was doing good. Up to pureed now. You would be suprised at what I can pureed. Skinny Grandma

What did you do to your foot? I am new to this whole thing. Banded on 7/11 and don't know anyone else with a band. Moved up to pureed food. Guess I need to start exercising but I dread it.I have never been very atheletic and I guess being over weight didn't help.Any tips? Skinny Grandma (I hope)
