Hello Can someone please recommended a free app to help me track my food and fluid intake post op? I’m 81 day out and kind of lost because I can’t have follow up with my doctor I need something to help I

Again I have no nutritionist at the moment and it’s tough

I downloaded that but I’m looking for something that would give me notes on the quality of food I’m logging in

Please can someone recommend a good app available on App Store to track food and fluid intake? Weight loss progress? Maybe give tips, recommend vitamins etc? Something other than baristatic cause that’s not available where I live

I’m 2 months post op. Still not used to eating slow or knowing exactly when to stop.. as a result I have been throwing up a lot the past two weeks Last week I felt a lot of pain in my stomach but it was gone within two days This week I’m feeling a sharp pain on the left side of my stomach 😔 it feels like the wound is burning on the inside.. it really feels like fire.. I feel something sharp when I lie down in certain positions My skin on that part of my body hurts to the touch I can’t go see a doctor as I’m not insured right now I know it’s because I threw up a lot but what do you think I should do from home to relieve the pain

I’m one month post sleeve and lately I have been feeling sugar cravings and feeling more hungry especially at night The weight is coming off really slowly Anyone else? Why is this happening?

I'm 4 weeks post-op (- 2 days) and I'm dying for an iced Latte... How soon can I start having coffee again? Caffeine and all...

My surgeon says I need to wait as I've had a slow recovery and I'm still eating liquids basically... Matcha latter sounds like a good idea. I'll give it a go... thanks a lot

I'm on Week 3 post-op. I lost 9 kg the first two weeks, then gained about 2 kg this week. I was feeling frustrated but the comments here were really helpful. Let's hang in there and wait it out...

So it’s been two weeks since I had my gastric sleeve. I have been feeling really sick and vomiting after each meal. Went to see a doctor and he said that I might be pregnant. I took a home test and it was positives took another the next day it was also positive. Thing is, I’m on my period. And bleeding heavy. Not to mention I had a major surgery, many X-rays and tons of tests. How could this be?!

They did do a test but it didn’t show anything… I’m really confused and trying to figure out if this is a false-positive? There’s a lot of confusing info on the web and I don’t know what to think anymore
