    Hi everyone. I was wondering what your experience was with protein drinks/protein bars for breakfast and snack. I was told to not drink powdered protein drinks, but seems like I read that many do. Is there a reason for this? I would prefer to mix my own as the drinks already made are expenseive. I drink Atkins Advantage.? Was banded in Feb. 08. Thanks
