    I am also on a work trip this week. I haven't weighed but also eating salty and not drinking as much. Here's to getting back on track.

    I am 7 days post-op and same. I had 5 days of clear liquids and then added protein shakes and purred soups. I am obsessively thinking about food. It's driving me crazy. I think it is more head hunger than physical hunger but how do you get past it?
