I started the liver shrinking diet on June 3rd. I paired that with 1-2 hours a day of exercise. So far, I have lost 9 inches and 16 pounds. I'm a little frustrated in that I was on the diet for that long and only lost 16 lbs. My banding is scheduled for July 30th and I'm very nervous. Also very concerned that I will have slow weight loss with the band as well. Any suggestions or bits of wisdom?
