    Night time eaters

I have always been a night time eater as well. Since I was banded at the end of April that has stopped. I rarely feel hunger... still get the munchies occasionally but I really think thats more emotional than physical.
  4. You are so ok. you have not sabotaged yourself at all. Try to be gentle with yourself. Lets face it... none of us have perfect eating habbits or we wouldnt be here, right? I think you are doing great if you went 14 days without a slip. You will be a very successful Lap Band Patient. When I would slip up Id pay attention to how that food made me feel physically.... usually tired and sluggish. Thinking about it that way made it easier for me to stay on track.
  5. Hi. Have you considered talking to a surgeon to negotiate payment arrangements? My surgeon was very flexable that way and from what I understand a lot of patients struggle with getting insurance to pay for the procedure.
  6. Hi there, newbie here. banded April 28th? Not losing as fast as I think I should.... when I have more fluid in my band Im too restricted and cant eat at all. Heeeeellllllllppppppp:redface:
