    July Butterflies Master Thread

    OMG my July goal 17 pounds time to work my a@@ off and get moving I want below 200 but in my head I am scared of what I do not know but I am.

    If the Dr lists the procedure not having to do anythihng to do with the band it should cover it. Meaning just stomach issues but you will have to ask the Dr office. Maybe what you drank was to cold. Try warm or hot water that might help. As far as the milk I am not sure on that one.

    Welcome Back we are all here for you so ask as much questions as you like so we can help you back on track Charlene - I am glad this is working for you hang in there girl. Well as for me I got my .4cc removed now I feel better but now I can eat stuff I could not eat before like bread. Okay I need to control what I eat better. At least I have no more acid reflux. He still wants me to stay 1000 cal or below to keep losing. He said exercise (which I stopped really since Jan) and of If I go back to exercising hard core again weights and stuff I can bump up cal max 1200. So I bought some more protein shakes and yogurt and soups with protein I will start journaling and continue reading my beck book. Oh I cahnaged my ticker because I gained 4 pounds I need to be truthful with my self and all you that help me.

    Hi All, I fot my .4cc removed now I feel better but now I can eat stuff I could not eat before like bread. Okay I need to control what I eat better. At least I have no more acid reflux. He still wants me to stay 1000 cal or below to keep losing. He said exercise (which I stopped really since Jan) and of If I go back to exercising hard core again weights and stuff I can bump up cal max 1200.     Hey Everyone, Went to the Dr Today he said I was doing well we took out the .4cc he put in the band in Jan too much reflux and soft food syndrome and pbing. I feel better. I was honest and said I have not really been exercising so he said I need to do at least 30 minutes a day and 1000 calories or less to keep losing but no more than 1200 if I am exercising a lot. I said I fell off the wagon so to speak and he encouraged me to get back on so back to writing in a journal the thing I hate doing with a passion. Thanks ladies for all your help with everything I am experiencing I could not make it this far without you guys. I can't wait till we plan another trip.

    That sucks losing a friend but if they are acting nasty to you then you need to move on and don't let there nasty's bring you down. You are awesome and we all care about you on this board. It is crazy how people changed for the bad when we got better Charlene - good luck on your new journey keep us posted. I go back to my Dr tomorrow for a slight unfill to much pbing and acid reflux then going to jump back on to my plan this week is so hard I only got through day 1 of my reboot

    Okay All, Yes I have been MIA for a whole week. Was starting my reboot per say and had a rough week at work. Alot of worked passed off to me as I learn my knew job and I was drowing in Paperwork and stuff. Anyways I go see my Dr tomorrow and I think I will askhim to take some fill out. Too much Pbing and acid reflux I will check in with you guys tomorrow with any dr details.

    I completly understand trust me I am so sorry u losted them. Well keep us posted and great luck :thumbup: Okay ladies day 1 in my back in action plan I weighed and updated my tickers I was 211 now 214. So I am going to do a modified liquids meaning shakes and soups I have trouble just doing shakes this morning I have had a serving of v8 and a serving of v8 fusion to get my vegs and fruit I woke up and my sugar was 58 which is way to low. I am having 1 cup coffee right now with splenda. I need my coffee or I am in trouble. I have some unjury shakes and adkins advantage shakes and a bunch of different soups low cal to get me through this week. I have a awful headache right now but I am trying to do this right get my water and exercise. I am taking it slow. Last night I realized I will be at my 2 yr aniversary in July and I don't want to be stuck here.

I can't believe what is happening in your class . I will pray everything turns out better for you and the child ends up getting the help he needs. Take care of yourself as well.

    So you are reading the beck book but what nutrition stuff are you reading? I emailed Dr david office to find out if he knows anyone her that has the same type of programme but I still have not heard anything. Sorry about the health issues. To answer your question about assbackwards if you are like me I end up doing everything the backwards LOL

    Beautiful pics Those are some rockin glasses I am glad you are done with surgery sorry you had a rough couple of days it will get better. I felt that way in the begining that is what started me on my journey now 20 months later and I feel great. Still have more to go but I feel much better than I did at the begining. I think all of us totally understand how you feel right now. welcome to the board and ask anything you want to know.
