    I am happy for you keep it up. Hey all sorry been a way for a while I wanted to focus on me. I started doing the liquid thing like Charlene. Since I really put in effort for about a little over a week I have lost 3 lbs not to bad. I had a wild movie and dinner night last night with friends and went a little crazy with Mexican and 1 margarita but it was good. Back to normal today. I went to Bariatric Choice and Bariatric Advantage and got some soups, shakes, bars and pudding all high protein and very tasty. Anyways hi to all.

    Hey all sorry been a way for a while I wanted to focus on me. I started doing the liquid thing like Charlene. Since I really put in effort for about a little over a week I have lost 3 lbs not to bad.     I ordered some from Lollicup. The ones yo uhave sound good to. I have hit a rough patch since the adjustment so I have bought everything in prep to start Protein soups, and shakes for Baratric Choice and advantage now I am ready and my desk at work is stocked no more excuses. time to do it.

    Thanks for thinking about me I am so hungry or I think i am I have been some low cal Baratric soup it is very good and my shakes I feel like food though. oh I did do runny oatmeal it is like being in banster hell kinda. And If I sold time shares I would never make money LOL I am not a seller at all. My first job was working at Dairy Queen.

    Hey all fill is doing well I have had a pure protein shake 160 cals and 35 proteinfor Breakfast, and I am have some soup from Bariatric Choice website only 70 cal and 12 protein. Feeling good today

    Hey All I went back to my Dr and added the .4cc I had taken out a month ago I was eating way to much and did not have that full feeling. So liquids for a couple days time to get back to business

    So I took Arlene's advice and bought the Pro Joe not to bad it makes a good creamer for coffee. So thanks for recommending it to me.

    I am doing okay I am trying to do the shakes but it has been hard this week so I have only did shakes in the morning and still having lunch and dinner since it has been catered all this week. I will keep plugging along

    I knew the calorie queens would help be with my total LOL Today has been rough I have been working so hard at work. Alot of demands with alot of VPs of the company coming this week. So today I had a steak salad for lunch and a chick fil-a grilled chicken salad for lunch and almost all my water in. Not to bad but no shakes today. I am a work in progress with this plan

    20lbs since Jan. is FANTASTIC!!! - Ditto on the quote Awesome Okay cont.. from previous post I had another Atkins shake Chocolate 150c 3 bites of white chili I made but could not finish I ran errands at lunch so I only got 3 bites in Dinner - 3 oz grilled chicken 90 cals with a Burger Side salad 70 cals with 1 pkt lite Italin dressing 120 cals with 6 french fries and 4 onion rings cal ??? Total cal for dinner approx 300 could be more I am guessing on the fries and onion ring sampling So approx 750 cal today and approx 50 protein cals Hard day at work running everwhere have not really drank any water maybe 4 cups so far today Today was not really a planned day cause my pure protein shakes have more protein in them and I have some Ostrim beef jerky that is low in cal and High in Protein. i also bought a cup that holds 57oz of water. And I walked out the door with none of it. So I ate or drank what I had in my desk. Which was not bad I think.

    Day 1 on my get back on track plan So far today I had a Starbucks Grande Skinny Latte with SF Vanilla - 130c (next time I will order the tall only 90c Atkins Strawberry shake 150c Okay cont.. from previous post I had another Atkins shake Chocolate 150c 3 bites of white chili I made but could not finish I ran errands at lunch so I only got 3 bites in Dinner - 3 oz grilled chicken 90 cals with a Burger Side salad 70 cals with 1 pkt lite Italin dressing 120 cals with 6 french fries and 4 onion rings cal ??? My Dr said to eat between 800-1000 if I still want to lose. So I am trying to do shakes for breakfast and lunch and a healthy dinner Today was not really a planned day cause my pure protein shakes have more protein in them and I have some Ostrim beef jerky that is low in cal and High in Protein. i also bought a cup that holds 57oz of water. And I walked out the door with none of it. So I ate or drank what I had in my desk. Which was not bad I think. I went to work at 8 and balls to the wall so to speak until I got home at 7:30pm tonight I am so tired and dehydrated so I will chat tomorrow I am going to drink some more and get ready to relax before bed.

    I have an over weight friend I think she like feeling miserable cause I try to include her in walking and supporting her trying to get her to go with me to a group or talk to a surgeon but she says she is happy unfortunitly she is getting bigger and ios getting more health problems. She supports me and congradulates me but I worry about here. On the size 8 I can't remember but in Middle school early highschool I was a 9/10 when I graduated HS I was a size 12 I want back there So I started my plan and today I have had a Starbucks skinny latte 130 calories it was the grande but if I get it again I will get the tall cause that is only 90 cals then I had a adkins shake 150 cals. I forgot to bring my Pure protein shakes. Also a hectic day so I have to get some water in.

    I am started the shakes to get back on track today I order some sf syrup and I have order the pro joe for my coffee. I also bought Kmart's version of Sketchers tone up they were only 35 compared to 100 and one of the girls I work with love them talk to ya soon
