Is there someone here that does the surgery under insurance?

Hello.... I live in Las Vegas and have NOT had the surgery yet... My health is not what it used to be. I just turned 40 and have insurance and would like to find a place that does lap band and accepts insurance. I saw a commercial on t.v. a few days ago that says they accept insurance and now that I am anxiously awaiting to see it again to write the number down, of course it never came on again. Can anyone help me? I've gone from a size 5 to a size 16 in three years!!! I have to get this weight off. I've tried everything!!! UNSUCCESSFUL, HERE I AM...
