    Hi all , New to forum! 2 weeks post op exactly. Started at 294 pounds pre op 15 days ago, and have lost 15 pounds in the last 2 weeks on a largely liquid diet. The photos are mega-inspirational - glad to have found the website. Pls can I ask especially those who have lost 75-100 pounds in 6 months - were you left with a lot of excess skin. What measures can you take to prevent this. Exercise / pilates etc?
