That is unbelievable, my consult is also Aug. 8th! I'm guessing yours is by phone?? I don't have a surgery time yet. They were nice enough to give me a date, since I anticipate changing jobs soon, and wanted to use up my sick time that does not get paid out. I'm hoping on the 8th that I will also get my time, once he approves doing the surgery on me. Nope, I have not cut out carbs yet. Was I supposed to?
