Yes, I did. I was banded on Sept. 3rd. I will be coming back for my first fill on the 7th. Deb

I traveled out of state and my Dr. charges $9,950 which includes the first three months of fills. I chose him not only for the cost but because of his many years of surgical experience. After three months he only charges $15. for fills so even with the airfare, it is less expensive for me to go back to him than to go locally (if I could find someone). It is way cheaper than going to my nearest FillCentersUSA as well, so for me it was a win win.

We don't have a B&J shoppe here so, it's the pint or nothing :crying:

Ok, so, you really have a lot going on in your life right now. The David's Bridal dress is gorgeous and you just sound much happier about it so if it isn't going to break you, I think you deserve it! You will look fabulous in any of these choices but you will FEEL like a princess in only one of them I am surprised your sister invited your Mom and I so can understand how you feel, UGH! Try not to let her get to you, you can always waltz away when she is near. It may be another good reason to go with your princess dress.

I have to agree with the brooch thing. Unless it looks different when it is on, I like it.

Cassy, Day three was my worst day. If that happens, just know it will pass. I used the ice pack on my port site for 3 days after surgery, pretty much 24/7. I found it to really help.

I just saw Pumpkin Cheesecake Ben & Jerry's at the store last night! I ran away screaming, lol :crying:

Thanks They are all very cute and have their own personalities for sure. Chops (Pork Chop) is still not very happy about not being an only child any more so he doesn't play well well with others, with the exception of Trulee. He loves her. One day when it was just the two of them, my daughter came home from work to find Chops standing guard at the opening of his crate. Behind him (in the crate) was every single toy and treat in the entire house. He's a little selfish.

Wasn't it Ozzy Osbourne who threw the ham over the fence at the neighbors?! Just a thought, lol. Deb

Thanks, I called their office and they said no I had a different surgery a few years ago by Dr. Crooms though. I am going for my first fill (back to Denver) on Oct. 7.

Thanks, the Fill Center USA nearest me is way more than that. I will be driving to NC soon to look at colleges with my daughter.

I am going to babysit my grandbabies (dogs, but we don't tell them that) for five days while my daughter goes to a conference in San Diego. She currently has four but that number is ever changing because she works at the local animal shelter and takes all the old dogs so they can have a good life before dying naturally. Their feeding routine alone takes about an hour with all of their supplements and medications. Then they have their appropriate clothing for outdoor walks etc. depending on the weather. Pork Chop Frank and Trulee Frances are my natural grandbabies and then the two current foster grandbabies are Avery Louise and Scooter Pie. They are all small dogs.
