Tkelsey, Hello and congrats on this big step. I was banded on July 1, 2008. I'm in my third week and eating softer food and staying under 1200 calories a day. My first band fill will be August 14. Hi, 1 day at a time, Wow... Mine was at Northside to. That would be funny if you were in room 402. Aren't the nurses awesome at Northside. Aside from the IV site pain. I was very pleased. dolly lala, that is so cute. I asked my doctor that very question prior to my surgery. expect no low energy the first week. Second week, it is better. Try putting your protien powder in sugar free pudding cup. You will only feel like eating a couple of ounces the first two days. good luck

Mrs jj, Started mushy food last week. today... I had one egg with two strips of turkey bacon. that was rocken good. funny how you take the simple foods for granted. have a lot of fun in Switzerland.
