yes when i went to the seminar there was a young lady who's bmi was 40 the dr advized her to not lose anymore weight or the insurance would not pay for it if u do lose more weight you will have to gain some in order for your insurance to pay

hi everyone again i wanna thank everyone 4 the support i got when i needed my questions answered anyway my surgery is monday!!! im very nervous but happy its finally going to come true!! i feel like my life will really truly begin monday ive been stuck in such a rut being depressed with not liking how i look but now i feel like i have something to look forward to im very grateful to God!!!! Glad i can finally be healthy and hopefully live a long life!! anyway i will keep ya'll posted!!!!

thank you u much stephanie. i do feel like im finally able 2 start my new journey and be who i was meant to b not saying that being overweight i wasnt who i will be when i lose the weight but i know that i will be more confident in reaching my decisions i was one of the people who never said no 2 anybody for fear of getting them upset and i know alot had to do with the way i felt about myself im so happy all is going well for you i i will keep you in my prayers that everything continues that way!! ill keep everyone posted on how my surgery went.

im on the 14 day liquid diet and my surgery is scheduled for the 14th of july i did really well on the diet except for today i ate 2 packages of ramen noodles do u think i sabatoged my surgery im really nervous and i feel really really guilty any advice pls!!!!:thumbs_down:

WoW!! thanks 4 the support all the comments were very helpful its definetly grt to hear all the sides i spoke 2 my dr and he said i should be fine but to be very careful from now 2 monday ive lost 12lbs so far so he said my liver should be fine but there really is no way of knowing till the surgery anyway i will keep u posted!!! thanks again!!!!!

thanks i didnt eat the 2 packages of the mix it come with just one but i drank about 4 cups of h20 oh lord i feel horrible i wasnt even that hungry i think i just felt like it was the last time i would b able 2 eat them again. thanks 2 all for answering me

Hi my name is Angie i have my lap-band surgery scheduled 4 july 14th but im still waiting on hip 2 approve it im going crazy on this liquid diet and not knowing i scared im doing all this 4 and if the insurance denies me i dont know what im gonna do!! help!! any advice??????::wink2:

it would be easier if i knew if i was approved but not knowing is really killing me

i found that going for a walk helps me i dont really watch tv cause all i c is food comercials lol i browse the internet alot also just keeping my mind busy
