No pro op diet at all, but I wish I had as I’ve only lost 13kg at 11 weeks. Also told to eat soft food at 7 days, but that was rough so I went back to purée for a few days and then came right. Positive note it’s settled the reflux. -
I had this , I think it’s cause we lose muscle too fast in that area, it took about 4 weeks to come right and a trip to chiropractor. Good luck
