i too was banded 1st of July. i felt pretty bad for the first 4 days. I am finding the liquid diet pretty hard too but will stick it out. can't wait to eat again! -
Hi all i got banded 1 st July . Felt like death for the first 3 days now feeling much better. I am starving but am getting through it. have lost 5kgs already which i am pretty happy about. Good luck to you all!
