I have always been over weight, just like my Dad. In 2004 my father decided to do the gastric bypass. I was to consider it the next year. Unfortunately he had complications, had to be readmitted to the hospital and upon being release he passed away due to a blood clot. 
 

I have monitored the evolution of the bariatric surgeries for years, but was not ready. The endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty came about, and I looked into it. On August 4, 2021 I had the procedure. 
 

Then my mother past away on 8/31/21. It has been rough.
