Hello, So I had my surgery on 8/4, I was 2 days out and at home and called the doctor cause I hadn't even had the urge to poop and they said it happens there's nothing to come out. I'm at 4 days post surgery is this something that's common or should I call the doc again tomorrow?

So I'm at day 11 after surgery, I do nightly walks about 2.5-3.5 miles depending on the route. (Including preop diet) im down 32lbs and i feel like my energy levels are high during the day. I'd there any recommendations anyone has to doing more Exercises than just walking?
