Okay. . .so I'm new to this. . . I had my surgery about a month and a half ago and I've lost 16 pounds!!! I'm really excited about that but I feel like I am not eating as healthy as I should. I was wondering if anyone had advice about their eating habits. Does anyone follow Weight Watchers, South Beach. . .what works the best. . I want to be as healthy as possible and kick my weight loss into high gear!!! Thanks!!!!
