Hey there, welcome to the band! lol. I actually was banded back in october, 80 pounds lost since october 8th, 2008. I work out like a maniac. I dont stress the calories, I just eat healthy and hit the gym at least 5 to 6 times a week for a couple of hours each session. Hopes that helps and good luck on your journey!!!!
