  1. How did y’all get past your first stall. My surgery was June first went from 318 and today I am 258 I been here a week.

    First stall

    Well I had surgery June first 2021 and it’s not august I’ve hit my first real stall. I was 318 June first and now I’m 258 and been here for a week. Time to up the cardio a bit
  3. The problem is you’re still eating starches, and foods that on my sleeve surgery nutritional guide lines aren’t approved for 6 months. You’re right it is will power a lot of the time. The surgery should make it so you feel full faster. It’s not the most popular bit of advice but you need to change the way you are if you don’t like protein… learn to like it.

    Weight loss

    I’m 6’3” I went in June first 2021 at 318# and today I am 258. I stalled at around 265 for about a week. Just start walking more and the stall with pass.

    It’s been pretty difficult, I am lucky that I never feel hungry but dang it’s hard to do much but work, home ,shower, bed

    My surgeon told me it’s due to swelling and think of it as a smaller funnel. The water swirls and swirls try taking smaller sips

Had surgery on June first just got back into regular food I’m managing between 500-700 calories per day, I work a physically demanding job outside and 2 things I’ve stalled in weight loss I have zero energy all I want to do is sleep Side note everything makes me want to throw up from water to veggies

    I had mine June first on my 35th birthday. It’s July 18th and I went from 318 to 266
