Hello Everyone! I am 4 weeks post op and was curious for those of you that are having an amazing experience on the losers bench, what is a day like in your shoes food wise? What's your breakfast, lunch, dinner routine? Favorite meals? watching carbs? Or just focused on trying to eat? I am just curious and would love to know your experience!

Y'all I am stalled! I had surgery July 26th. 24 days PO and I have been stalled since about Sunday the 8th of Aug. What can I do to get past this? It is driving me insane!!! I almost at 2 weeks of no change.

Girlfriend you had surgery the day before me! I am in the same boat!!!! Have you budged yet? What did you change?

Finally got home from Tijuana today.... surgery was Monday 7.26.2021 with dr. verboonen at V Bariatrics (Obesity Goodbye Center). Ever since I got to the hotel yesterday. I've been sipping Powerade, Gatorade, Water, broth, SF popsicles nonstop. Is that okay? Or am I supposed to only consume during set times throughout the day? Also how did you get comfortable? Best thing to make scars dissapear ? Trying to plan ahead I am on full liquid diet right now, but go to purée on Monday/Tuesday next week.... what are your favorite recipes? When did you notice that initial bloat go away from surgery? I'm 2 lbs down from surgery date but my stomach is stuck protruding out bc of being so sore.

I am going to Dr. Verboonen in TJ and my surgery is on the 26th. My coordinator Sheri is so beyond helpful and communicative! He has an office in TJ and in Cancun!

My Surgery is Monday July 26th! I am doing it down in TJ with Dr. Verboonen.
