Hello, all! Was banded last Monday and so excited to start losing. Couple questions. Has anyone heard of the powder you can add to Water called, "Emergen C". It's a Vitamin C drink. Just wondered if this would be okay to have. It's a little fizzy, but not carbonated. Also, my doctor's office said it was okay to start creamy Soups after one week, but a lot of what I'm reading says to wait for two weeks. Thoughts about this? Thanks for your reply. So you were able to eat creamy items a couple of days after surgery? Interesting how different the doctors are, huh? I've been on 7 straight days of clear fluids, broth, juice, water, etc. and I'm really ready to have something more substantial...my energy level is really low, which is unusual.
