what vitamins brands do you recommend?

Hello! I am pre-op, i am expecting my surgery date to be early September. I have seen many brands for vitamins and types of vitamins that are single dose vitamins that have all nutrients in one. And other vitamins where you have to buy mutiple types. Which is the better one? Is there a diff? Does the vitamin matter if you have VSG or Gastric Bypass? i dunno why your brother would say that. And thats not right, my brother told my mom (not to my face) thats WLS is a waste that will regain the weight. Hes told her twice and his wife once! me too, same date, procedure, and going to submit FMLA for 4 weeks? But my surgeons office called today, they told me as of now elective overnight procedures are closed but each week, the office gets updates from the hospital and still need to do my final appt with my primary and surgeon.
