Thank you for your responses. 🤗 What i'm eating IS on my plan but it wasn't specific on the amounts.
I cook 4 eggs in the a.m. (scrambled) and eat them throughout the day. Sometimes one or two small baked sweet potato's and a shake. Not losing like I thought. Am I doing this wrong? Am I eating too much? I don't seem to have a problem with larger amounts at all. I honestly dont feel like I had anything done at all. Is there a chance I stretched my new stomach out?
