I am 5 weeks post op and throw up 2-3 times per week. I am miserable, food and water both make me feel sick. I have tried crystal light, decaf tea, armour lite, water with lemon, etc. I know that I am not drinking enough or getting my daily protein. Did anyone else go through this? Suggestions?
