I just found this site and joined and it looks like it’s going to be a big help for me. I’m 4 1/2 months in on my preop weight loss plan and I have really been struggling and making terrible decisions for the past month. And it showed up on the scale. I just wanted to say hello and see if anyone has any words of wisdom for someone who is struggling before the surgery even happens.
