I was at a healthy weight until I was 19 years old. I used to be active( I ran track, played volleyball for years). Once I injured my knees from running, I became inactive with exercising. I moved out on my own when I was 19 years old: The stress of the World that I faced accompanied by the fact that I discovered delicious foods ( and ate a lot of it) PLUS the fact that I did not exercise anymore ALL led to me gaining weight yearly even to this month.
I " let myself go" to another level and I am not happy about it. It is time for me to get Professional help because I have done a lot of diets over the years and they have been unsuccessful. I would lose weight on diets then... I would gain the weight back plus more.
I think my metabolism is SHOT! Since I turned 30 years old, it has been so hard to lose weight although I do intermittent fasting daily and only eat twice a day. The fact that walking is my only form of exercise doesn't help much neither. I need to do some cardio and weight lifting for sure. I have done Insanity and P90X workouts in the past.... lost weight and gained it back when I stopped the exercises.
I am so happy and grateful that I am NOT an emotional eater anymore.
I need to make a lifetime change. I need a healthy routine in terms of my diet and exercise.
I started a youtube channel to keep myself accountable and keep track of my progress.
I stumbled on this website by accident ( I was researching some bariatric information on google). I made an account right away.
I am so happy to be here..... interact with like minded people..... learn and be part of this amazing Community.
