I have the same problem. I find myself doing great and then WHACHAM! They have said that exercise can replace eating, but when I am emo, it's too late! Walking early in the day for 15 mins helps me feel good about myself and that helps the brain think positive thoughts. But again it only helps. I would like some advise on this too if anyone else has some input.
I am sorry I am not a woman of color, but your group was the most active and I want to be part of a group that has emotion! Will you accept me? If not, that's ok I understand.
