Just wondering how you deal with the need to pass gas when you are in a vanpool or carpool. I ride 122 mile roundtrip each day:scared2: Do you walk alot at lunch? Do you take GasX before you get on the van? How do you deal with it? Thanks for the info.

Hi Miranda, I am going to my PCP next Tuesday to get my referral to the weight classes and the band. When I spoke to them they told me I could double up classes in one day so it would only be three months. Hope this helps.... What Kaiser are you going to? I go to Fontana.
