ProCare is the best. Chewable vitamins is NOT helping anything if it’s so nasty or not. -

That’s normal, and I do the exact same problem, too in the past when I had my DS in July 2021..my surgeon/nurse warned me that I will have a lot of problems with gas and odor stool, etc. the best way to do is for you to get Gas-X or any other things, etc. As long as if you were lactose intolerant or not, then you needs get Lactaid (sp?). -

I do…I’m Type 2 diabetic for almost 8 years, but it has been under control. So, my surgeon decides that I need DS surgery ASAP because he wanted to see losing weight under 300 lbs. I will have my surgery on 7/6/21. Can’t wait!

Go buy some biotin with 10,000 mcg. It does helped to grow your hair whenever you had experienced with hair loss -
The best thing is to put some premier protein in coffee instead of creamer. Creamer have a lot of sugar/fat, etc. Be careful how you use creamer to put into your coffee.
