I have always been active, but when I started getting bigger and started slowing down, it didn't phase me a lot. I really didn't realize how big I had gotten, because everyone is so polite (hard to believe I know).
I realized I was having trouble walking any distance at all with out breathing hard. I was on blood pressure meds, anti-depressants, and thyroid meds. I grew up in a family that LOVED food and eating. Almost everyone in my family is overweight, so that was normal.
