I just finished my check-off sheet to send to insurance for approval for Gastric Sleeve.  I've been working on it for the past few months, and I'm ready to get it done!  I will see my surgeon in a couple of weeks to get things scheduled.  I've nervous and excited about a new healthy lifestyle.
