Morning Muadie,
I walk a whole lot. I walk 4-5 days a week. I am now up to 110 minutes, 403 calories, 5.3 miles. I do not let myself watch my favorite tv programs without being on the treadmill. Works wonders. I get on there every morning from 4:30 am to no later than 6:30 am and walk to my hearts content. By watching my favorite programs, I block out the boring walking and before I know it, it is time to get ready for work and have my metabolism going for the day.
So far I have had 3 fills. I did not know what to expect and was pleasently suprised at how fast and painless it was. John was really good at it and hopefully the new guy will get better. You band does have some liquid in it. Mine had 4cc and right now I am up to 5.2 cc's and I think I have hit my sweet spot for a while. I now understand how the band keeps you from eating too much. This is the first time I have had any true restriction. And cannot eat things that are not chewed to next to nothing and the quanity is now also restricted. If there is one thing I could suggest to you is that eating soft foods can easily keep you from losing weight because it goes down so easily and you have no worry of it coming back up.
