Hey, it has been a long time since I have been to this site. I find myself really struggeling with my band. lately, I feel like I am even sabataging myself (well, I know I am) I take two steps forward and three back. I didn't get any advice from a nutritionist prior to surgery and i find myself struggeling with what to eat. I don't get sick very often at all and i just don't know if my band is where it should be. Would you share with me what you eat on a typical day?
