Where to begin? Hello everyone and Happy Canada Day. This is day 2 of a 3 week pre-op diet before surgery scheduled on July 21. That I am feeling a whirlwind of emotions would be an understatement. I hope to learn much here. All the best to one and all.

Pre-op Liquid diet - GOOD RESULTS!!!!

I am in day 2 of my pre-op diet. It has been encouraging to read what you have to say. At this point however, I feel lightheaded, head-achy, hungry and irritable. Hope this passes. Surgery scheduled for July 21st feels like an eternity away. Yikes.
