This is the first time I have been to this site. I saw someone had seen a list of thing needed post op where or how do I find that list? I am very nervous I will be having my surgery in Nashville. I am to the full liquid dite starting tomorrow.

I just found this sight while I was looking for what to expect and not to expect from anyone that has had surgery also. My story is kind of like your my mom and sister. Seem to be supporting me but Mom says she is afraid I still won't be happy. I am having the surgery July 8 at Baptist in Nashville.

I was referred by my doctor to have the Lap Band surgery in February 19, 2008. One month ago I was approved by insurance to schedule the surgery. July 8, 2008 is the big day. I am very scared and was looking for foods and suggestions to read today and came across this site. I have never used chats or blogs and I am excited about getting some information from people. I don't even know what to ask but I hope to hear some things are I should expect or not expect.
