I get this kind of! My co-worker brought in cookies for everyone this week. It was like one side of my brain was like "you love cookies!" But the other side was like "ehhh I don't really want cookies anyway..." lol It is very conflicting!

My doctor recommended monthly weighing if I can stand it, but if not, to weigh every Monday and then if you forget, then wait until the next Monday. It is very hard not to weigh every morning!

I have started a brisk walk in the evenings. I'm working my way up to 10,000 steps, but I'm at 5000 right now. My surgery was on April 12th. My energy levels are much higher, but I still get really tired by the end of the day.

Hi! I weighed today. I had the surgery on April 12th. Down 28 lbs so far. I’m struggling to know what I can eat as far as soft foods that are full of carbs and are high in protein.

I can say this… I don’t get hungry anymore, since the surgery. I have to remind myself to eat with alarms.
