i stayed the same this weeks due to not being able to eat last weekend (nothing would go down dont know why) but once i started eating again my body just latched onto all the cals so i put on a few lbs but by fri back to the same so im happy with that.
well my annivarsary chalange finished on sat - unfortuatly i didnt lose what i wanted - i came about 5 lbs short - but i did lose and since i was sticking on my weight for a few mths before starting back on this site. so thanks to all of you for support. and well done to all of us for having the courage to change our lives.:smile2:
Well my weight loss is not realy worth noting this week
im down 0.2 lbs.
Didnt do any walking last week and to make things worse i go on holidays tomorrow for a week.
Cant see me making my anniversary target - i need to lose 7.5lbs for it.:thumbup:
This is twice ive started this so something must be working.
Im still on daily plate and its working for me - im down 1.5 lbs this week, and very happy with it.:thumbup:
ivw logged my weight here two weeks in a row now that good for me. Im down 1 lbs this week- ive been tracking again and ive also noticed the day i dont get enough protien thats the days i pick at food.
onwards and upwards - or in our case downwards hopfully:wink:
i never start this - i normaly have to avoid it, not this week

I have had a big wake up call today. I thought that i just couldn't get this band to work for me. Today i want onto Daily Plate after hearing about it on this site and im totally shocked. Im only half way through the day and ive eaten nearly 900 cal already. I have to say this is really encouraging that i would have thought i haven't eaten much so i wouldn't think too much about what i eat later - but omg im shocked. Who ever i read this from thank you its a great tool and id recommend everyone struggling should give it a go ud be surprised.
