Thanks everyone for the advice. I have been trying to tell her these things but I can tell she is very frustrated.
I think she feels like she is trying sooooo hard yet she is gaining these pounds.
As far as eating solid foods, she really eats only 1 (what I would call a) meal a day. Usually Breakfast and lunch is fruit, maybe 1 egg, very small oatmeal, yogurt, or one of those yogurt drinks, dinner has been tuna, shrimp, baked chicken, or sometype of grilled fish, then usually sometimes after dinner I make her a protien shake.
I know she has been keeping track of her calorie intake but I do not know off the top of my head what it is.
