Same thing happened to me…no energy for the first 5 weeks. The first thing they said to me was, move around and get out of bed. Easier said than done but keep positive! It gets better. -
What are your thoughts about using a prescription strength appetite suppressant after weight loss surgery? I had my surgery in May of this year and I absolutely do not want to gain any weight back now or after reaching my goal. But…I love food, love to eat and still graze with now smaller, healthier portions. Please let me know what do you think? Or can anyone relate?

Does insurance cover any skin removal that’s medically necessary? -

Hi everyone, I had my surgery on 5/18 and after working through some adjustments, I’m very happy to see the weight coming off. Not as fast as the first month, but glad it’s still moving in the right direction. HW 289 SW 260 CW 225 The gas experience is a lot to deal with…

Hi! I had surgery on 5/18 and by week two increased energy now since last week, I’m a slow drag! Energy depleted! I’m struggling with eating and my protein intake is just not there… Is this normal? Yesterday I didn’t get out the bed

Hi, I had surgery on 5/18 and I can see a slight difference but glad to know that the tummy tuck will make the most significant changes. I definitely have a larger fupa that hangs low.

Historically I have irregular periods and since my surgery exactly a week ago, it’s on nonstop. Heavy flow especially because of the blood thinner medication my surgeon put me on after surgery. So, I’m not having a great time adjusting at all with this whammy!

Oh, my period came on very heavy! As for appetite, I have none just a constant headache.

Hi everyone, I had my D/S May 18th The pain in the recovery room was equivalent to labor pain. It took about 5 rounds to get the pain medication to get it under control. Don’t hesitate to let the nurse know that you require more drugs!

Newbie here. I’m scheduled in mid May.

Hi, newbie here, I’m excited now! I’m scheduled for GBS next month. I’m so happy and at the same time it’s not really sunk in that 7 months just flew by so quickly. I am a food addict and my struggle is very serious and real.
