After having a lousy Covid 15 months, trapped indoors and eating every comfort food available. I became so breathless and sluggish. I finally decided I didn't want to diet ever again and watch that weight slowly creep back on me. I have dieted all my life. I have lost more weight over the years than I weigh. Its heart breaking.
